19 Mccann related libel actions.
I didn't realize there were so many, interesting read to say the least.

My opinion of Madeleines disappearance.
I've read and read and read, I'm getting tired of reading about the case.
The more i read, the less I believe in the abduction theory, there are just too many lies, cover ups and inconsistencies.
Some of the facts don't add up. Starting a limited company less than 2 weeks later, making Madeleine a ward of court, hiring an extradition lawyer, aiming libel and defamation suits at anyone that publicly airs a theory they don't like.
The fact they have never physically searched for Madeleine.
Earlier in the evening, Madeleine was so groggy she had to be carried back to the apartment after tea.
Out of all the video and interviews I've watched and read I have only seen kate and gerry actually speak to Madeleine once. It's always about her, not to her.
They tour the world without the twins, I would never leave their side again.
After finding Madeleine gone, the first thing kate did was leave the twins alone in an apartment where their sister was allegedly abducted, with the abductor still on the loose.
With all the libel suits and complaints about the Portuguese it seems to me they get off on destroying lives
I could go on and on but you get the idea.
I've come to the conclusion that the mccanns are involved in the disappearance of Madeleine.
I see nothing that indicates Madeleine was murdered by the mccanns, I think it was an accidental death that was covered up by two people in fear of repercussions.
Any way you choose to see the facts, there is no denying the mccanns are responsible for whatever became of Madeleine. They left three young children alone night after night. Had they been there, Madeleine would still be with us.
My only sympathy in this whole case lies with Madeleine.
I'd like to add a note to Goncalo Amaral, he stood and fought for his rights while the mighty amazon ran away with their tail between their legs. Goncalo, all the best and hope for the future.

Pro mccann bullies on Twitter.
I read all sides of this mystery but lately it seems the pro mccanners are getting rather hostile and abusive, name calling, death threats and all sorts of childish nonsense.
Attacking anyone that disagrees with them, denouncing any evidence that doesn't support an abduction theory.
I'm getting a bit sick of reading what seems to be the standard answer to anyone that thinks Madeleine is dead :- "You think/know Madeleine is dead then you must have killed her"
This used by people like @nowaymojo and @chicane68 and @urcrazytoo

I've read a lot of theories and everyone that thinks the mccanns are involved has thought about it and drawn their own conclusion from the known facts, the people that go with the abduction theory never seem to have any logical reason to come to that conclusion. They just state it as fact.
Maybe they should be a bit more open minded and listen to both sides.

I don't actually understand most of it but I'll try.
Right, from what I can understand from this, there will be no need for kate mccann to answer any questions, there is no need for a reconstruction, if everyone is innocent then there are no suspects.
We don't need timelines, dogs, DNA, or 'non evidence' (I'm not sure what that is but I would hazard a guess it's anything that points towards the mccanns)
What an ingenious way to conduct an investigation, search for Madeleine with absolutely no clues or evidence of anything.
Wherever should we start looking ?
Maybe we could get Merlin to wave a magic wand.

A few things on my mind...
A real punch on the nose of Amaral and his detectives. Second round: Knock out??? Thank you.
It is a bit of a shock to read Jim Gamble and getting a confirmation of feelings I have for a long time:
It is and never was the intention of Portugal to re-open the case at all, it was meant to remain silent.
A British police (and political) force is nescessary to break that case open.
Amaral let the abduction theory fly out of the window on May 4th 2007 and focussed on how to frame the McCanns.
This review or investigation will not focuss on timelines, doggies, dna....or whatever non evidence there is.
No stupid 40+ questions or a bloody reconstruction. Or innocent suspects...
The focus will be....the hunt for Madeleine!!!!

Pats theory, to my way of thinking, is logical and well thought out.

How can mitchell say they've seen photographic evidence ?
Kate and Gerry McCann do not believe a young girl seen in India is
their missing daughter Madeleine, their spokesman said.
Local police became involved after a British woman spotted a
six-year-old girl who appeared to resemble Madeleine in a market in
the city of Leh in northern India on Friday night.

Missing UK girl not in J&K: Cops
SRINAGAR The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday denied media reports that a British girl who had reportedly gone missing in Portugal four years ago was found in Leh.
Abdul Gani Mir, deputy inspector-general of police (DIG), said: “We have not recovered any missing foreign girl from Leh. There is no question of carrying out a DNA test since we don’t have the girl. Our field staff in Leh have confirmed that no such girl has been recovered by them. A British media report said that a girl missing for the last four years from Portugal had been sighted in Leh district of the state. We have no such confirmation from either the police or the district administration,” he said.
Earlier, a British newspaper report had said a four-year-old British girl, who was allegedly kidnapped while on a holiday in Portugal in 2007, has reportedly been tracked down to Leh in Jammu and Kashmir state.
The report in the Daily Mail also said the parents of Madeleine McCann are, however, awaiting the results of a DNA test on the girl. Kate and Gerry McCann’s team of private investigators said they were working with Leh police who were alerted after a British woman spotted a girl she thought to be Madeleine.

Express Newspapers have removed all Madeleine McCann articles from their websites after issuing a public apology for "numerous grotesque, defamatory articles" about her parents.
Readers searching for Madeleine stories are presented with the message "0 results found" despite the group publishing hundreds since she vanished in May last year.
The move came after the group agreed to pay £550,000 to the Find Madeleine Fund for more than 100 inaccurate articles written about Kate and Gerry McCann.
It was also forced to make a public apology.

Has someone paid to promote 'Madeline McCann' on twitter ?
Seems to me it's a bit of a coincidence this mispelt version of Madeleine trends on the same day as the latest hoax sighting rears it's head.
There can't be that many people too stupid to know how to spell Madeleine.
