My opinion of Madeleines disappearance.

I've read and read and read, I'm getting tired of reading about the case.
The more i read, the less I believe in the abduction theory, there are just too many lies, cover ups and inconsistencies.
Some of the facts don't add up. Starting a limited company less than 2 weeks later, making Madeleine a ward of court, hiring an extradition lawyer, aiming libel and defamation suits at anyone that publicly airs a theory they don't like.
The fact they have never physically searched for Madeleine.
Earlier in the evening, Madeleine was so groggy she had to be carried back to the apartment after tea.
Out of all the video and interviews I've watched and read I have only seen kate and gerry actually speak to Madeleine once. It's always about her, not to her.
They tour the world without the twins, I would never leave their side again.
After finding Madeleine gone, the first thing kate did was leave the twins alone in an apartment where their sister was allegedly abducted, with the abductor still on the loose.
With all the libel suits and complaints about the Portuguese it seems to me they get off on destroying lives
I could go on and on but you get the idea.

I've come to the conclusion that the mccanns are involved in the disappearance of Madeleine.
I see nothing that indicates Madeleine was murdered by the mccanns, I think it was an accidental death that was covered up by two people in fear of repercussions.

Any way you choose to see the facts, there is no denying the mccanns are responsible for whatever became of Madeleine. They left three young children alone night after night. Had they been there, Madeleine would still be with us.

My only sympathy in this whole case lies with Madeleine.

I'd like to add a note to Goncalo Amaral, he stood and fought for his rights while the mighty amazon ran away with their tail between their legs. Goncalo, all the best and hope for the future.

The McCanns Did Not Physically Search for Madeleine

Is there any parent out there in the real world that would not get off their arse to go out and search for their missing child ?

Kate and Gerry McCann do not believe a young girl seen in India is
their missing daughter Madeleine, their spokesman said.

A French woman and a Belgian man who were with the girl insisted they
were her biological parents but police took their passports to check,

McCann family spokesman Clarence Mitchell said: "Kate and Gerry do

not believe the child seen in India was Madeleine. They have seen

photographic evidence and concluded that it was not her.

"We remain grateful for people's vigilance around the world.
Madeleine is still out there and the search for her very much continues."

It's probably just me being cynical but i find this a really callous and calculated thing to do only weeks after your daughter goes missing.

It emerged last night their missing daughter was made a ward of court last summer at her parents' request so judges could act in her best interests in any legal dispute.

The McCanns have now applied to the court to consider ordering Leicestershire Police to disclose their files on scores of reported sightings of their missing daughter - many of which have been passed on to them by police in Portugal.
The four-year-old disappeared on a family holiday in Praia da Luz last year, sparking a world-wide search.
Until now the McCanns' local police force in the UK has not provided the couple with information about sightings, because they are understood to be bound by an agreement with Portuguese police.

Why do they keep referring to anything to do with Madeleine in the past tense ?

An example :-

"We felt our actions were responsible. We were essentially performing our own baby listening service although we have talked of the guilt we felt at not being there at the moment Madeleine was taken."

Surely 'feel' should have been used in place of 'felt' ?
Or do they no longer feel any guilt for what was essentially they're fault ?

His daughters eye defect is a marketing ploy, don't you just want to slap him ?

The McCanns ignored police advice not to publicise Madeleine’s distinctive mark in her right eye, a ‘coloboma’. They said that if she was with an abductor, it could place her life in danger. On 15 July 2009, Gerry McCann said: “We thought it was possible that publicising her coloboma could harm Madeleine. Her abductor might do something to her eye. But in marketing terms it was a good ploy”.

Madeleine sighting in Leh, yet another hoax. Who by ?

"Our private investigators are aware of reports from India about a possible sighting of Madeleine. We are liaising with the Indian authorities over the incident and await the results of the DNA test."

What a crock of shit.
How can you liase over nothing ?
Why wait for the results of a DNA test that never existed ?

The McCann camp may well lose more than they gain by this deception.

McCanns gag another author

I've just heard the McCanns have "convinced" the mighty amazon to remove a book called 'The profile of the disappearance of Madeleine McCann' written by Pat Brown.

She has been told to change the title and content of her profile of Madeleine.

I do believe someone has gone power mad.

Pat Brown is a well respected profiler.

Are the McCanns Guilty ?

I thought I'd start with this as it seems to be the in thing at the moment.
I've read quite a bit about the case of late, I've just started reading Kate McCanns book, I would like to read Gonçalo Amaral's book but due to the McCanns gagging everybody who has an opinion they don't like it's proving difficult to come by a copy tho I did find a translation online. I do, however, have a copy of Tony Bennets book.
From what I've read and seen on video there are a lot of discrepancies in the McCanns story, for example, neither of them seems sure which of the kids said "where were you when we were crying".
Whether you believe they are innocent or guilty, you can't deny the fact that they are responsible for what happened. They quite happily left the kids alone 5 nights running while they were out eating and drinking, if they had been the loving parents they would have us believe they would have been home with the kids and madeleine would still be with them.

There are a lot of things that just don't add up.
1. The scent dogs found traces of blood and cadavarine on a car that was rented 3 weeks after madeleines "disappearance".
2. Kate McCann stated in a BBC interview that she didn't search for madeleine because she was unable to function normally, in her book she states that she searched at 1st light next day, in ditches, holes, in undergrowth and over walls.
3. 2 days after they were declared suspects the british government arranged an easyjet flight to bring them home, they also hired a top extradition lawyer on top of all the other lawyers.
4. The "Madeleine's Fund: Leaving No Stone Unturned Limited" was set up to finance the search, seems to me it's been used to pay for lawyers to gag people.
2 of the directors just happen to be Kate and Gerald McCann.
